Since 1984, we’ve built our company on a foundation of craftsmanship, integrity, and personal service. What began as a passion for construction and carpentry has grown into a respected presence in the residential and commercial building industry throughout the greater Charlotte area.

Over the decades, our approach has remained intentionally hands-on and relationship-focused. We believe the building process should feel collaborative, transparent, and personal, which is why we take on a limited number of projects each year. By staying closely involved in every phase — from early planning through final details — we’re able to maintain the level of craftsmanship, communication, and care that has defined our work from the very beginning.

Being small by choice allows us to maintain the highly customized approach we’re known for. Rather than taking on a high volume of projects, we build a limited number of homes each year so we can give every client the time, focus, and attention they deserve.
